Benzene is obtained by separating from a mixture of hydrocarbon fractions rich in aromatic compounds of refinery and petrochemical origin.
Application
Benzene is used as an intermediate in the production of cyclohexane, ethylbenzene, cumene, nitrobenzene and other organic syntheses.
