Self-service collection of products

Samoobsługa is an IT system allowing for self-service collection of products by Carriers using magnetic cards in terminals.
The service is available free of charge after signing a relevant Agreement with ORLEN S.A. Please be advised that each Carrier providing transportation services for wholesale customers of ORLEN S.A. has to conclude an Agreement for the Use of Self-Service System for Collection of Products on Terminals.

To complete the formalities, please print the document Agreement in two copies, sign and send them to the address below and refer to the General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement.

The Agreement must be accompanied by clearly completed and signed Requests for a Driver and Vehicle Card (forms for download on the right side of the screen). You can enter the terminals and load the products only with active Driver and Vehicle Cards.
