Phenol
Phenol is obtained using the cumene method at the Phenol and Acetone Distillation Plant.
Application
Phenol is mainly used for manufacturing bisphenol A (BPA), phenol formaldehyde resins and caprolactam. In addition, phenol is used for manufacturing alkylphenol and other chemicals.
