11 regional units of Wholesale and Logistics

Under Art. 81 par. 1, item 2 of the Law on Public Trading of Securities dated 21 August, 1997 (Official Journal of Bills No 118, item 754 with the later amendments) The Management Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy S.A. informs that within the structure of the Wholesale and Logistics Director there have been formed 11 regional units of Wholesale and Logistics which took over all wholesale trading operations of liquid fuels from PKN and its branches. These regional units are linked with the Head Plant in Plock by means of IT network which allows common usage of SAP R/3 system. Creation of the Wholesale and Logistics network is aimed at better meeting the clients’ needs.
