The Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PKN ORLEN approved the financial statements of the Capital Group.
At today's Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting, the shareholders of PKN ORLEN approved the Directors' Report on the activities of the Capital Group and the Capital Group's consolidated financial statements for the 2001 fiscal year. Moreover, the shareholders approved the planned lease or disposal of some parts of the Company's business.
