Do you have a passion for knowledge? The most difficult topics are the easiest to understand through examples and practice. Sometimes one day is enough for everything to become clear. We would like to take you to the world of ORLEN's knowledge and innovation.
Knowledge Day with ORLEN
"Knowledge Day with ORLEN" is an educational project in which, through a series of workshops and lectures, we present the practical application of theoretical knowledge acquired at school and at university. It is an opportunity to learn about solutions, functioning market practices and innovation.
Objectives of the educational program

- inspiration to take the first professional step in the ORLEN Group.
Implementation method
- in consultation with the selected university or technical school, we organize series of meetings,

- the meetings are held in the form of mini-lectures, presentations and quizzes, case-studies, and field visits,
- each topic presented by ORLEN practitioners takes about 1 to 3 hours.
Who are we looking for?
- the project is aimed at students and pupils of technical universities,

Plenipotentiary of the Vice-Rector for Student Internships at the Warsaw University of Technology (branch in Płock)
I would like to express my gratitude on behalf of the management of our university and the students of Chemical Technology for the lectures given as part of the 4th edition of the Knowledge Day with ORLEN. Numerous students of Chemical Technology came to the meeting, some of whom will probably decide to continue their studies in the field of polymers. The papers were presented in an accessible and very interesting way, which sparked a lively discussion. The students thanked the lecturers for the presentations, and we are very grateful to the organizers of the meetings.
Urszula Okulska-Deblessem
Head of the Career Office at the Warsaw University of Technology
We notice and appreciate the energy and commitment put by ORLEN employees in the events whose beneficiaries are students and graduates of the Warsaw University of Technology. Thank you for your work in organizing joint initiatives.
ORLEN is constantly present on the website of the Career Office of the Warsaw University of Technology with recruitment offers for both students and graduates. Experts from the company take part in the Business Networking Day (in several editions at various departments). The specialists and practitioners from ORLEN conduct industry trainings and webinars for WUT students.
The list of activities that we propose to the companies and institutions looking for talents at our university is still growing, and this is also the result of ideas presented by employers. You are an inspiration to us.

Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas at the Stanisław Staszic AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków
ORLEN Group has been cooperating with the AGH UST Career Center for many years and has been a regular guest of the Job Fairs organized by us. AGH UST students know the internship programs "Energia dla Przyszłości" (Energy for the Future) and "Kierunek ORLEN" (Direction ORLEN) very well and take part in them every year. They are aware that the Company provides an opportunity to gain experience that is unique in the scale of our country, which is a valuable asset in building their own professional path. It is worth emphasizing that the Group's offer for students and graduates is always extremely rich and includes people from outside the area of fuels and energy.
