The contract with Energopol-7 Poznan for construction in years 2000 - 2001 a fuel pipeline

The Management Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. wishes to announce that on 3 July 2000 PKN ORLEN S.A. signed a contract with Energopol-7Poznan S.A. for construction in years 2000 - 2001 a fuel pipeline section linking Plock and the storage-dispatch terminal in Ostrów Wielkopolski. The investment cost of a 120-km long pipeline is estimated at over PLN 40 mln. The start is scheduled for IV quarter 2001. The construction of the pipeline is a part of development of PKN ORLEN's wholesale and logistics network. Together with terminals, the pipeline will significantly strengthen position of PKN ORLEN S.A. in the southern and south-west regions of Poland.
