The National Securities and Exchange Commission admitted to public trading 11 344 784 of PKN ORLEN's series D shares

The Management Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. inforns that on July 14, 2000 the National Securities and Exchange Commission admitted to public trading 11 344 784 of PKN ORLEN's series D shares to be issued in years 2001 - 2003 through the conversion of series A convertible bonds into shares. The series D shares admitted to public trading will be issued in accordance with the regulations of the Management Option Programme passed by the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
