Mr Remigiusz Nowakowski dismissed from PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN", “Company”) announces that on 28 January 2016 the Ministry of the State Treasury acting on behalf of the shareholder the State Treasury, according to § 8 item 2 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association dismissed Mr Remigiusz Nowakowski from the PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board, effective from 28 January 2016.
