Transactions in PKN ORLEN financial instruments concluded by the person in a close relationship with the President of the PKN ORLEN Management Board
Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spolka Akcyjna ("PKN ORLEN", “Company”) hereby informs that due to the fact that Mr Wojciech Jasiński, the President of PKN ORLEN, was appointed to the position of the member of PKO BP S.A., the Company will be publishing regulatory announcements regarding transactions in PKN ORLEN financial instruments concluded by PKO BP S.A. as a person in a close relationship with Mr Wojciech Jasiński, as defined in the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws, 2014, point 94, as amended).
In connection with the above PKN ORLEN received a notice regarding purchase and sales transactions in PKN ORLEN financial instruments concluded by PKO BP S.A., the total value of which exceeded EUR 5 000, based on the average PLN/EUR exchange rates as of the date of concluding the transactions, as stated by the National Bank of Poland.
On 26 February 2016 PKO BP S.A.:
- purchased 32 futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 6 408,84 per contract,
- sold 13 futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 6 408,69 per contract,
- purchased 8 600 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 64,18 per share and
- sold 10 500 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 64,16 per share
On 29 February 2016 PKO BP S.A.:
- purchased 9 futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 6 326,67 per contract,
- sold 50 futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 6 319,74 per contract,
- purchased 59 133 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 62,97 per share and
- sold 55 033 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 63,16 per share
On 1 March 2016 PKO BP S.A.:
- purchased 14 futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 6 309,50 per contract,
- sold 81 futures contracts on PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 6 288,05 per contract,
- purchased 12 700 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 63,06 per share and
- sold 5 100 PKN ORLEN shares at an average price of PLN 63,52 per share
in transactions concluded during common stock exchange session. The transactions were concluded on the regulated market on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
