Mr Radosław Kwaśnicki resigned from the position of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member

​PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that Mr Radosław Kwaśnicki resigned with the effect from 14 June 2019 from the position of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board Member (and at the same time from the position of the Deputy Chairman of the PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board). Mr Radosław Kwaśnicki indicated that reasons of his resignation are issues not connected with the Company.
