Change in the date of publication of PKN ORLEN’s financial statements for the FY2022, 1Q2023 and 1H2023.

PKN ORLEN informs about the change in the date of publication of consolidated financial statements of the ORLEN Capital Group for:

• the year 2022, including consolidated and separate reports, as well as consolidated statement of payments to public administration bodies, which will be published on 28 April 2023;
• the first quarter of 2023, which will be published on 25 May 2023;
• the first half of 2023, which will be published on 24 August 2023.
