Change in the dates of publication of ORLEN’s financial statements in 2024

ORLEN S.A. (“ORLEN”) announces a change in the dates of publication of ORLEN's financial statements in 2024.

Consolidated interim reports will be published on the following dates, after the end of the trading session:

- for Q1 2024 – 22 May 2024,

- for H12024 – 21 August 2024,

- for Q32024 – 13 November 2024.

The above change is due to the intention to improve standards of communication of financial results to capital market participants. ORLEN's interim reports will be published after the end of the trading session, a day before teleconferences with analysts and stock market investors, which will enable capital market participants to become familiar with the content of the reports in advance.
