Dismissal of Mr Piotr Wielowieyski from the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 18 June 2024 the Minister of the State Assets, acting on behalf of the shareholder the State Treasury, according to § 8 item 2 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association dismissed effective from 24 June 2024 Mr Piotr Wielowieyski from the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A. of the current term of office.
