The statement of claims for annulment or repeal of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A.

ORLEN S.A. (“ORLEN”, “Company”) acquired an information from the District Court for Łódź, X Commercial Division, about the statement of claims filed by the Company’s shareholder for annulment or repeal of the Resolution No 11 on discharge of the Company’s President of the Management Board, Mr Daniel Obajtek of liability for his activities in 2023, adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN on 25 June 2024.

In the Company’s opinion the statement of claims is groundless.
