Purchase of the Company’s shares by the Vice-President of ORLEN Management Board

ORLEN S.A. ("Company") informs that on 9 January 2025 the Company received from Ms Magdalena Bartoś, the Vice-President of ORLEN Management Board a notification of the purchase of ORLEN S.A. shares.
