Admission of series C GMTN bonds to trading on the regulated market operated by Euronext Dublin

ORLEN S.A. ("ORLEN") hereby announces that on 30 January 2025 6,250 series C Bonds in registered form issued under the global medium term bonds programme (“GMTN”) were admitted to trading on the regulated market operated by Euronext Dublin.
