Employee volunteering

ORLEN Group employees actively engage in various corporate volunteering initiatives. The ORLEN Group’s history of corporate volunteering shows the constantly growing interest in social activism. The employees are invited to put forward their own volunteering initiatives and benefit from financial support from the ORLEN Foundation to implement them. Employees participating in volunteering projects are entitled to a day off (fully paid).
